I'm British but that isn't true. The guy's best win is the Bulgarian Bogdan Dinu or Trevor Bryan. He moves in straight lines and throws a straight left right with the occasional body shot. He is young though and can improve under Shane Mcguigan. He is nowhere near the top 10 though right now. That's why Frank Warren hasn't put in him with any top heavyweight yet apart from Joyce who he was promoting anyway.

I'd say Ruiz. Wins over Joshua, Ortiz and a narrow loss to Parker, I can't see anyone else who could rank over him from that list.

Also why no Parker on that list? He has wins over 3 guys on the list in Hughie, Ruiz and Chisora.

For sure Ruiz, Whyte needs to prove his place in the top 10 again (and lose some weight).

The rest are all similar level

should AJ be above Ruiz now?

since going 1-1 with each other, Ruiz has gone 2-0, AJ 1-2.
Ruiz looked shaky against Arreola but Ortiz was still a contender so it's a good win in this climate. Ruiz wins 2 fights in last two years, would be nothing in a strong division but these days it gets him rated.
AJ beat Pulev 2 years ago & lost 2 fights since.
    I'd put Ruiz above him.

Who's number 7 would have been a much better question. Because the top 6 is clear >> Usyk, Fury, Wilder, Joshua, Ruiz, Joyce.
