    My first inclination is Roy Jones, but I can't help going with Meldrick Taylor, especially considering he's a lot smaller.

    Garcia is so fast you often literally can't see entire punches by him without replay/knowledge to observe said punch. Anybody voting on this poll should watch this video

    Khan was really fast but I had a cat who loved to fight and his paw speed was a blur when he was striking other moggies.
