Was Gerry Cooney really 6'6 or was he in the 6'5 range ?

Foreman wasn't 6'4. He was always listed at 6'3 doing his prime and even when he first came back. I don't know why Foreman was listed at 6'4 later on in his career. But Cooney could of been 6'5 tops and looks shorter now.

 

Seriously? Who gives a ****? This has no bearing on Cooney's performance as a boxer.

Cooney's issue was his CHIN. Had he had good mandibular strength, he could have done much further in this sport.

 

It's claimed he was 6' 6", but I think the hoodwinker was really 6' 5" ⅝ - 6' 5" ⅞.

It was considered to be something of a hot topic back in the day, and I remember a couple of analysts almost coming to blows over it.
