This could work, the key point is not to arrange an opponent. Just have Tommy scheduled to fight against some kind of mythical opponent, 'Godzilla' or 'Sauron' or the like and allocate some time in the night's schedule where they can play the video message from him about why it's not happening and why it's not his fault.

We can bet beforehand on what the excuse will be, whether it's a contract confusion, weight misunderstanding, shortage of fake tan lotion in the hotel bathroom etc. Molly Mae, KSI, Jake Paul and others can take part, maybe they could choreograph a dance number to deliver Tommy's reasons via a musical interlude. Most importantly the excuse video will be far more entertaining than watching Tommy's impersonation of a professional boxer. So everyone's a winner.
