Good video, and it shows that Cotto's trainer was going to wave the towel before Miguel looked to him and nodded. He didn't tell his trainer to throw the towel. That should put to sleep those notions that some people here have that Cotto quit.

You're delusional. You're seeing things. If you actually watch that second "knock down" you can clearly see Cotto starts to take a knee immediately after a weak Margarito left lands on his gloves. I'm talking about the second KD, here. Get over it, Cotto did quit. He went down without a punch landing, he conceded defeat, he was done, he had nothing left, he didn't want to fight anymore. I'm not the kind of idiot who's going to talk **** about him for it, there's no shame in it and the vast majority of welterweights would have wilted far before Cotto did under that kind of beating, but it's plain to see, he gave up.

Stupid i just noticed now but when i first saw the fight i didnt notice the uppercuts, they were absolutely brutal.
