Nope. All the Hearn sound bites indicate that they are bracing themselves for a backdated ban. I bet Hearn, Sims and Benn have already earmarked a date and some opponents for early next year and Benn can start planning his training (and drug cycles) for that date.

Yeah! Where's the mind blowing evidence that will silence all critics, restore the character and dignity of Conor. The evidence that will make us believe in him once more, believe he is the second coming, man of the people, the next big thing, cleaner than a nuns lady garden, I was expecting a few egg receipts as evidence personally.

Who,what,how,.where etc ? I smell a load of BS and doubt there is any "hearing" really going on, they are doing the "we can afford more lawyers for longer, we can bankrupt you BBBoC" threats/pressure being applied again. The expectation being the BBBoC will be forced into some massive climbdown and issue a vaguey fudgey statement that can be spun as "Benn is innocent". Be interesting to see what the alphabet bodies, and the paying public, make of it ... and whether they do act independently of whatever "hearing" is going on.
