How come the Lennox Lewis vs Vitali Klitschko fight didn't go to the scorecards if it went 6 rounds?

And yet Floyd claims his 50-0 retirement is the best exit for a boxer ever. He's dancing with YouTubers right now as well.

In a sport where you can die and get brain damage, i admire the fact Lewis retired on top. And didn't fall into the trap of missing the limelight and glory, as Lewis once said "Theres always going to be one more fight, one more challenger".

Also these people saying why didn't Lewis rematch Vitali, my question to them is why didn't Vitali rematch Byrd ? Vitali hadn't retired like Lewis, and Vitali took alot of slack for losing/quitting to an undersized late replacement. If anything i'd thought he'd want to make amends for that.

Because calling out a retired HW who beat you looks cheap. If Lewis beat Vit again, y'all would be going with the next guy to face Lewis asking the same questions, and so on and so on...

Had Vit lost to Johnson, Lewis was going to continue his career.

Lewis would have brutally knocked out pre-Steward Wlad.

It was an exciting fight (and unexpected because it was supposed to be Kirk Johnson and not Vitali) and afterwards I felt like Klitchsko deserved a rematch. But then Lewis retired and did the unthinkable, stayed retired. I respect Lewis in that decision and I 100% have nothing but respect for Vitali taking on Lewis on short notice and giving him one of the toughest fights of his career.

Because it was caused by a lucky grazing punch.

Didnt want Bowe either... Lennox prefered men in brown ring, than the square ring...

If Lennox did what he did to Vitali when he was fat old & in his last fight, imagine what he would do in his prime?

Vitali was tough & well conditioned, that's about it. He had no rhythm or imagination. Arm puncher. Stiff. But tough.

Wlad has nowhere near the chin of his brother tough.that uppercut while holding the head would would have sent him on a stretcher.

It's been 20 years since the fight, and I'm telling this from memory.
Before the fight, didn't Lennox Lewis make a statement like: "This is my last fight, no matter how it ends (win, lose, or draw).
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, because I would really like to know about this information.

No, caused by a punch and further opened by a bunch more punches. Cope harder.
