40 yo Zhilei Zhang vs Dillian Whyte

Zhang would smash Whyte.

 

Zhang by negative round knockout. Whyte would be knocked out before he gets in the ring.

 

Whyte would maul him. Zhang is a lumberer, and only looked good because Hrgovic sucks.

And I don't rate Whyte at all.

 

3 years ago its a good fight. These days you have to go a loooong way down the rankings to find a boxer Whyte would beat. Whatever Franklin is ranked (top 30?), that's about Whytes level now.

Honestly I think Whyte should retire. Either his body isn't up to it anymore or he's just not interested.

 

Zhang is faster than Whyte, more skilled, and way bigger. Have you seen the way Zhang uses the jab vs smaller opponents? He would jab Whyte until Whyte goes in for a sloppy hook, then knock down Whyte with a cross. I guarantee it.

 

I pretty much agree. He has looked horrible since getting KOd by Povetkin, even in the fight he won. Realistically he is 1-3 in his last four, with a loss to a barely top 30 guy (being generous) and his only wininng performance being vs a 41 1/2 year old out of the hospital for covid (for the second time) three weeks prior to the fight, who looked dizzy/drunk walking into the ring.

 

We will never know unfortunately. Whyte ain't looking for a fight, he's looking for a payday.

 

Zhang almost knocked out Hrgovic who has a better chin than Whyte, so Zhang destroys Whyte, just one punch is enough...

 

I definitely favor Zhang over Whyte. A brutal KO would be in order.

 

Zhang absolutely wrecks that useless excuse for a boxer.

 

Zhang is the PEOPLE'S CHAMP!ionship contender.

 

Zhang don't even have to use uppercut, just regular punch will demolish Whyte.

 

It would be entertaining for sure I think Whyte might do well early he seemed to be wary in his last fight against Franklin guarding his chin but when he got tired he was easier to hit he is lucky Franklin didn't have much power but Zhang does and will eventually land a right hand and knock Whyte out.
