56 days after a green 22 year old Fury had beaten Chisora over 12 rounds and unlike Povetkin, Fury stopped Firtha.
Unlike Fury who barely got touched, Povetkin got beaten up by Whyte, submitted to being wrestlef*cked by Wlad and taken the distance by Hammer, who he couldn't drop.
The guy's got double digit losses. At this point Derek "War" Chisora might as well be Derek "Peace Treaty" Chisora.
Not as amazing as Povetkins uppercut. You're the one who enjoys discrediting fighters based on comparative performance. Fact is an ancient Povetkin finished Whyte first, and with a far more impressive punch.
That aspect of Povetkin's performance was better: he connected fully and KO'd Whyte cold, 1 round earlier than Fury did, 2 rounds earlier than Joshua. It was among the most aesthetic KO's ever. But he'd taken heavy damage in a short period of time, lost nearly every round, been dropped twice and was close to being stopped. These were major reasons why Whyte was heavily favoured to win the rematch.
Point is dillian wasn't ever in the fury fight, even bigger difference fury caught him with a glancing blow and pushed him away from him cos dillian didnt have a clue where he was from a glancing fury blow!! Rumour has it he still has no clue where he is! But yeh, I do love watching the pov ko replay lol
It doesnt really though does it, dillian having all kinds of trouble wih pov where fury didnt get out of 1st gear and finishing it with a glancing blow negates it as a better performance imo. Dillian couldnt ever hope to stop fury if there was a rematch.
