I'm picking Shotgun and will be supporting her here.

I feel I've been a little unfair on Ebs in the past. She has used her "assets" to her advantage to lift her profile but dedication and hard work have got her where she is today.
She has shown a serious ticker and fighting spirit when her back was against the wall.

I actually probably overrate Shotgun slightly because I feel she has been overlooked whilst probably being the best female fighter in the country.
But she has had some close decisions go her way, so it's not as though she hasn't had some fortune of her own.

I think Shannon will have to lift a gear to get the decision. She will have to win quite clearly, which probably won't be all that easy.

 

Yeah I never had a problem with Eb's for using her assets I more dislike her for being a phony and now for being deluded and arrogant. So I really hope Shotgun can beat her. Shotgun is clearly the better fighter but she is 40 now and will be the away fighter. The fight really should be in Australia but we all know why Eb's and Eddie want it in Leeds. The deck will be stacked against Shotgun so hopefully she can dominate the fight and get the win.

 

I've put $50 on the draw. Firstly, b/c I reckon it's in play. Secondly, b/c I love a Christmas bonus. Shotgun might win more rounds but she's going to need to do more than that to take the belt off BB over there.

 

Is this PPV Down under Sandy ? Only you mentioned 'Big Bazookers' & that raised my interest level in this bout l lol .

 

I legit think that Eb's is scared that is why she is making so much noise ragging on Shotgun. I think that Eddie and the Matchroom backslappers are reassuring her all she has to do is be competitive and stay on her feet.

 

Not sure, Outlaw. I reckon regular Foxtel here but won't know for sure until the weekend. I haven't watched BB fight before but did catch some highlights when she won her world title. I was surprised at how enthusiastic the fans over there were for her. Shades of Kylie Minogue who was ridiculed here as the 'singing budgie' but went to the UK & found an audience that appreciated her talents. So it may be with BB if she can keep winning. Good on her I reckon but it should be an interesting fight with the long-time Queen of Australian boxing.

 

If our Victorian friends are into grappling the Melbourne BJJ championship is on this Sunday..oh and Soliman vs Camo on this Friday.

 

Solibum must be back on his 7/11 energy drink diet and sparring rounds with the Berries kid to get ready for Camo who is half his age. Surely Camo can put the Gorilla out of his misery once and for all.

 

This simp boxing culture is getting out of control. Soon there will several gash bashes on every major boxing card like in the UFC. That being said.... I hope Bridges loses because she's a clear pipeline for this stuff.
