An irresistible force meets an immovable object. Who wins?

I assume we are talking prime and healthy ?

While McCall is a average belt holder but also a full size Heavy who can take a full size punch and stopped a few present and future Champs.

McCall had problems with movers and could loose focus during the duration of a fight.

McCall can be outboxed but Marciano never outboxed anybody , he is trying to out slug and he aint out slugging McCall up close

I rate McCall's KO over a prime Lewis higher than Marciano's Ko's over balding shop worn Pensioners with \ 1000 fights on their clock.

Rocky was a small attrition puncher who came right at you, was easily tagged, was a bleeder and usually wore his opponents out due to stamina which comes as no surprise as his Oldtimer foes lost their legs and he was able to finish them off.

McCall aint running out of gas , has faced way more powerful hitters than Rocky who will stand right in front of him. has a heavy jab, a good cross and a great right, granite chin, never ever been knocked down against modern full size Heavies..................it will spell absolute disaster for Rocky who will be stopped within the distance...................Marciano has never faced a full size modern Heavy with a pulse...........McCall got roughly 4 inches in height, 50 pounds and at least 10 inches at reach, it will be ugly.

    McCall by KO.

McCall was obviously strong as all get out, had that chin & could crack, but he wasn't nearly as good a fighter as Rocky (I am not talking form or technique, only the ability to fight). I can see a UD or late stoppage for Marciano who would bore in hitting McCall everywhere he could and doing it a lot.

Oliver's chin would hold up but he would be hurting everywhere, and would know he wasn't in no sparring match.

So the little attrition puncher is gonna stop a fighter that was never stopped ?

LOL, what are you smoking, McCall took flush Lennox Lewis right hands while having a mental break down without even bl;inking, the same right hand that sent Rahman into orbit...............Marciano was knocked down and severely hurt by Pensioners and all market up by the jab of the Ghost of Joe Louis..............there is only one outcome here and that is McCall by KO.

Yeah I think it's possible for it to be stopped, I can see the ref jumping in as McCall is laying hurt on the ropes with Marciano pounding on him.

And if you think Lennox landed anything like that Rahman KO punch, on McCall, then YOU need to pass that s**t you're smokin' lol

Marciano managed to “out box” fighters like Ezzard Charles and Lastarza going the distance. I doubt Mccall would require that much boxing ability to be outdone. Easily outworks Mccall for a decision victory. If McCall doesn’t cry first

Oliver McCall starts to weep, Rocky Marciano clinches with him for the entire round. Between rounds McCall confesses to referee George Foreman, who then tells him to do 12 Hail Mary's. Ha Ha.

McCall by KO. Fairly comical and brutal in nature. Not pleasant for the paisanos.

I met McCall at a Chicago gym about 5 years ago. We talked a bit about old HWs vs modern HWs.
He thinks that the likes of Foreman, Louis, and Ali would wipe the floor with the Klitschkos and the other top HWs of that period.
While Marciano was never specifically mentioned, I'd wager that he gives Rocky a better chance against him than many people here would.

Marciano by decision. He would be way too busy for McCall.

McCall is just too much dude for Marciano. He never faced that level of athlete, a guy so big and strong, as well as soundly skilled, that he would corral and control him, punish him when necessary by means of overwhelming physical advantages and bring his assault to a full halt. There would be no busy workman like hard hat performance from Rocky because he wouldn't get to his preferred position without just being dominated.

This exposes all of Marciano's deficiencies and ends ugly.

I don't think that Marciano was THAT easy to land on and McCall isn't the fastest heavyweight. If McCall wins its by KO. Conversely, Oliver's workrate isnt that great and Marciano's is. Leaning towards a Marciano points win without too much confidence because McCall is the much larger guy here.
