Why didn't Joshua fight Usyk the way he did against Pulev

Usyk is better than Pulev in every way, he was just too skilled for the much more limited AJ, Pulev never even cracked the top 10 P4P rankings, he was never elite and nor was AJ, Usyk is P4P the best fighter in tyhe world right now, he`ll only lose because of his size.

 

People talk about the skill difference. But let's not forget Pulev was pretty skilled in his own way.
The main difference would be that Pulev was forty years old and was compromised by Covid. The main reason he took that fight still was because he'd already pulled out with an injury before and this was his last chance to fight Joshua and get the payday etc.
How would Joshua have done against a Pulev the same age as Joshua?
Maybe he still wins but Pulev is tough and probably grinds him down and makes him quit. Look at the bombs Pulev took from Wlad, at least five clean RHs and hooks and before he was felled.

 

Pulev in his prime gave even Wladimir Klitschko problems with his jab. Klitschko had ditch his boxing and knocked him out with thunderous straight rights and left hooks

A prime Pulev beats AJ imo

Usyk is not Pulev, not even close. Joshua didn't do these things, because he couldn't

 

Pulev only had 4 KO`s.

 

Because Usyk is completely different from Pulev, both in skill and style?

Stupid question - because Usyk is way faster and better than Pulev. But if Pulev was just few years younger could've caused AJ some trouble.
