Wasn't another mandatory already called for Usyk? Anyway, it shouldn't matter as unification takes precedence over mandatories. The powers that be will surely make sure this money fight goes ahead.

 

Isn't Frank Warren the promoter/manager of Dubois as well as being one of Fury's promoters? He seems to be the one that calls all the shots for Dubois but I assume that keeping Fury happy is still his number one priority.

 

The amount of money for Fury vs Usyk would dictate if that fight goes ahead. And it should. After that, they can fight the challengers.

 

Didn't Hrgovic get promised a mandatory for IBF or something too? And didn't want step aside money.

 

Warren said that Usyk vs Fury will be first, so there will no problem with any other mandatories.

 

Nice to see Uncle Frank is getting Danny boy a mandatory shot ahead of Joyce. Priorities...
First, he buys a high ranking for Daniel with the WBO, which he loses to Joyce despite Frank buying off the judges.
Then, he buys a high ranking for Daniel with the WBA, but Frank learns from his mistakes so made sure to get not only the referee but even the timekeeper involved in the fix over Lerena this time.

No need for a final eliminator though, Hughie Fury and Michael Hunter aren't greasing the palms of the orgs like Frank is.

 

No, once Usyk wins they will establish a new WBA regular champion and this vicious circle of idiocy will continue

 

Dubois know he isn't ready yet for Usyk.

 

Whoever wins between fury and usyk will be undisputed, belts or no belts.

 

Joyce was in line before Hrgovic and Dubois.

Big Joe deserves a shot more than anybody. But undisputed comes first.

 

It's still undisputed if the WBA strips Usyk.
