Let them fight. Its all for Manny's Glory. If ever that he wins then he'll be remembered not just a hundred years from now but for much more...The mere fact that he challenged ODH shows he's got the balls. Win or loose, he deserves all the respect. For ODH, well its another matter...

I think Pac wants this fight not just for the money but for legacy & testing his limitation, I agree that fighting DLH is a very dangerous move but let's not pour all hate on the man, I think he just wants to prove something for himself and others, is it a crime? If the two wants to fight each other, let them! because only after that, all your opinions or take on this fight... will only be answered once Pac & DLH settles them on the ring.

I'm a DLH fan, but I really think Pac man is going to surpirse you all, I think this fight will be a lot harder for DLH than you all think.

So all You guys that all seem to hate DLH so much just don't watch the fight simple.

Pac man would not fight DLH if he didn't think he could do it.

$$$$ can make a man do **** he normaly wouldn't do. Pac is taking this fight for money and money only. Its a physical mismatch. Pac's strenght is his ability to hit harder then the guy in front of him. DLH has been on the recieving end of some realy hard punchers. i seriously doubt Pac is going to make DLH fear his power. On the other hand DLH can crack. DLH will box his ears of and stop him. To tall, To big, and to much reach for DLH.

This fight is sad, it realy is. useing fans blind love to line their pocket on a joke fight.

DeLaHoya wont fight Margarito because both are "Mexicans"...what a bunch of BS!! Both of them were born in California...so that makes them Mexican-American. But that's not the point I'm trying to make...when DLH fought Chavez...he entered the ring wearing red, white and blue and played the "American" Golden Boy part. He plays the part that is most convenient to him. This guy is the most hypocritical person in the sport. I can't stand it when he talks. If he wants to fight the best as he claims, he needs to fight Margarito or Cotto and shut the hell up!!
Then he talks about how fighting Manny would be personal. If he took things personal...he wouldn't hang around Hopkins or Mosley who both beat his butt. I hope this fight doesn't happen. Manny has a lot of other options at 135...he doesn't need to fight a guy who will probably weigh 160 lbs at fight time. Boxing doesn't need DLH anymore, he needs to freakin retire and leave the sport to guys who are the true stars...

I bet by fight night they would weigh about the same. Manny has really been putting on weight, and carrying it VERY well. Oscar is not naturally that big anyways. Tall for his weight, but not big.

Pacquiao has the balls to move up 3 weight classes to fight Oscar while Oscar would probably chop his balls off so he can try to make 147lbs.

stop being a ***** and go for a real fight Oscar! 160lbs is only 6lbs pounds away where Tito and Pavlik are, thats who he should be focusing on instead.

The blemish on boxing from all this is the comparison you could make between this fight and how the UFC started out. Example, one there could climb into the octagon with another who weighed considerably less or more than he did. I'm really torn. I'd love to see Oscar bow out on such a great victory-but this seems more like regress than progress. I'm proud that I'm a boxing fan as apposed to an MMA fan in light that ours is civilized in format. We use a much safer glove and the physical restrictions are far less barbaric. We've been around much longer and we're far more advanced.

You do realise the difference between a good 130lb fighter, and a great junior-middleweight with dynamite in his fists?

Of course, I'm sure DLH would want the fight to last a while, and wouldn't go too hard at the start.
