Fury knows the first fight was questionable, but that's why he had the rematch to 'make it right'. It's weird people attack him for the first fight because even if Mac was wronged, it's not Fury's fault and he rematched him so Mac had another chance to win. The trilogy would be nice but in the end it wouldn't silence the critics really. They somehow believe Fury was exposed even though he went on to be the no.1 HW. Even if he did lose, it would just be like when Federer/Nadal etc lost as teens or immature players to people they would go on to dominate. Fury was stepped up very quick compared to fighters now.
Let the haters hate, same on here all the time,Fury won’t fight this one,Fury won’t fight that one then when he does and beats them with ease they think “ Time to pull the Mcdermott card out and run with that for a bit “ quite often it’s the same ones dredging it up .
The sad part is that, since Chisora III proved that Fury vs any British fighter will sell, we might very well see him against McDermott, Harrison, Price, Danny Williams, or holograms of Brian London and Don Cockell.
It was its not really talked about because of controversy regarding 1st fight, but 2nd fight was also a tough fight. That Fury had to dig deep in 2nd half of the fight.
