James Toney KOing Evander Holyfield. That wasn't even in the realm of possibilities just a few years earlier because of how durable/good Holyfield was and how Toney wasn't a Heavyweight

Vernon Forrest on top of the world, undefeated, world champion, just coming off wins over P4P Shane Mosley and a fat HBO contract, gets KOd and outpointed by wild swinging little known at the time Ricardo Mayorga.

Lloyd Honeyghan losing at home to little known Jorge Vaca

Jose Napoles losing to Billy Backus

Wilfredo Rivera beating Carlos Palomino almost 20 years after he retired

Randall vs Chavez I, I remember watching this, seemed like another easy win on Chavez's march to 100 fights and then Randall slowly turned the tables. Shame Randall was screwed in the rematch.

Michael Nunn vs. Steve Johnson, I was a big Nunn fan and was really disappointed by his lazy performance as looking forward to a fight with Eubank.

Barkley vs Hearns II, this felt like Hearns' going for revenge over an anomaly on his record, then things started going horribly wrong....

Manning Galloway vs Pat Barrett, I remember this being touted as Pat Barrett's moment to become UK boxings next star. None of the commentators seemed to know anything about Galloway, in fact based on Barrett's plodding performance I felt like none of his team had actually watched a video of Galloway before. Galloway waltzed away with a well deserved points win.

Benn vs Malinga, I don't remember too much about this but I doubt anyone but a hardcore follower of boxing at the time would have thought Malinga would win this. To the general fan it was probably a shock although Malinga was a fine fighter.
