The only way he was innocent for me is A) The B Sample was negative (on both failed tests) B) He could evidence the supplement that was tainted (He is still guilty of taking it but was non intentional) 270 pages of waffle is so easy to see through and the spotlight that was on this means the public won’t fall for it. Exactly. Benn has failed 2 drugs test and never bothered to get either b sample tested. How can a team of lawyers change that? They can't. All they can do is look for some dodgy loophole. That doesn't make him innocent
Matchroom and Benn have done a deal with the WBC for a slap on the wrist. They will not go before the British board or UKAD who who would have given a 4 Year ban. Benn has given up his British Boxing License so he can not be judged before them. Matchroom have instead asked the WBC to carry out a verdict. The WBC are the same people who only gave Canelo 6 Months for a failed test.
There’s less than 50k members on this whole site, only a small % of those will actually be active members and that will be further diluted by the fact that a lot of those will avoid the British section as it’s mainly full of pond life members parroting the same things like bots. I highly doubt matchroom or any other promotional company spend any kind of significant time or money trying to see or influence what goes on this board.

Nothing stopping him fighting on a Macedonian licence in the UK. The board can't stop it as they were never able to ban him.
But surely in this specific case they would be able to stop it? They have cause to suspect he he has failed two drug tests, so they could refuse to sanction the event if Benn doesn’t prove his innocence and tries to get round it by fighting on a foreign licence in a UK event.
