These fighters in my opinion can fight a broomstick and still have a sell out. 1. Saul Alvarez (Matchroom) 2. Anthony Joshua (Matchroom) 3. Gervonta Davis (PBC) Honorable mentions: Errol Spence & Tyson Fury. I would like to add these two to the main list but I don't know if they can sellout without a suitable dance partner.
List is almost perfect. Just swap Anthony Joshua's name with Tyson Fury. Man's on a roll and Joshua's on the decline both competitively and economically.
Tyson Fury & Oleksandr Usyk are about to make record money Two men who who historically have never had the draw.
1. Tyson Fury - can fight my nan and it would sell out any stadium in the UK. He's also boxing's only truly trans-Atlantic star with real mainstream recognition in the US and in Europe. 2. Canelo Alvarez - love him or hate him he's still a massive draw, even when he fought Bivol (then totally unknown by casuals) he sold out the arena and did over 500k PPV buys on DAZN (a dead app that's tiny compared to ESPN/Showtime etc) 3. Gervonta Davis - can sell out any arena against any opponent in any city or state in the US Casual interest in Anthony Joshua is dying, most of his casual fans are now fans of Fury.
Please don't tempt them or one of them will surely challenge a broomstick because neither have fought their legitimate challengers. This is why I will never buy a Canelo, Joshua or Davis PPV or any other PPV for that matter
Say what you will about Canelo and AJ, but they've actually faced guys who can fight back and it's why neither has their zero.
