Hi, I'm new to this forum but a hardcore boxing fan for more than a decade. Do you guys know any good/underrated/unknown boxing rounds that no one talks about?

Not sure if this is underrated but it may be a bit unknown because it happened quite awhile ago. Check out round eight of Matthew Saad Muhammad - Yaqui Lopez 2. It's an absolutely fantastic round.

Harold Brazier vs Kevin Pompey 1 round 7 is amazing, the commentators even say after, that they landed more punches than Hearns/Hagler did in their famous round. So that just shows you how good the round was.

Round 2 of Greb vs. Walker was apparently legendary. It's a shame we have no film of it.

Agreed. It's more that I wasn't sure of the original poster's age. I think for a lot of people under 35, and maybe under 40, there are fights and rounds from before they were born that are not too well known by that age group.

Vincent Pettway vs Simon Brown pretty much every round up to the KO. Crazy fight.

I get what your saying but with the internet today and especially YouTube. Any youngster now interested in boxing, its alot easier to see the classic well known fights now, I'm in my early 20s myself. And i've seen so many classic fights, including all of Muhammad's title defences at Light Heavyweight.

I just don't think the criteria of this thread fits with Muhammad/Lopez 2 round 8, as it's a pretty well known famous round. But I'm not trying to be picky, and i understand the point you were trying to make it's an amazing round regardless.
