I believe PBF would beat MARGO clearly.......... i dont understand why anybody who says he loves boxing can dislike floyds style.... i believe its "the sweet science" on the highest level......what he does in the ring is art to me..... No doubt margos win over cotto was fight of the year.... outstanding fight.... and no doubt that margo has the likeable mexican andrade personality...he is a wonderful guy and deserves everything he now has.... i must admit that i thought cotto would take it UD, but the gameplan was not the one..... Anyway..... Floyd would make margo chase him all night while outpointing him every single round....he might place himself in the pocket a few times just to show his superior skills.....
Great!!! There is at probably a big offer on the table for Floyd to take, and surely with it being such an easy night he will oblige!!! Who wouldnt take an 8 figure payday to clearly outpoint and embarass someone for a nights work?
No ****. They all go like this or some variation of, depending on the level of insecurity Margo is making them feel at the moment they are making their thread: I favored Cotto. Credit to Margo. Floyd still easily schools Margo though.
Just to throw a wrench in this discussion, I think the poster's correct about Floyd schooling Margarito- but only the first half of the fight. Margo won't tire like DLH, and he will be throwing bombs at Floyd's defense for all 12 rounds. And unlike Hatton, Margarito's chin is supernatural. He would literally walk through anything Floyd threw. I'm not saying Mayweather wouldn't run enough to get the decision, but he would be seriously tested, particulary rounds 8 - 12.
pbf probz would beat margo cuz margo was gettin out boxed for the first 6 against cotto. pbf can fight at the same pace for all 12 rounds by pot shotting buh i still think cotto would do mayweather over. cotto would break mayweather down.
Yup imo, all it would be is straight rights, or quick hooks, and side jabs all night. Margo would not and could not keep stalking in like he was doing in the fight with cotto, the handspeed would neutralize that, and if not fully stop it make him more cautious which would be like a standing target for PBF, and with his precise and quick punching it would be a long night for the warrior AM. So his best bet would just be to take the punches and try and get pbf in corners and keep him there.
