What it says, let me know some savage examples of vicious body punching. Either single shots or prolonged beatdown.

McCallum vs Watson sticks out to me. There's others, though.

De La Hoya vs. Hopkins was especially brutal. Also any Inoue fight.

For a prolonged beating I would say one of them would be Ron Lyle against Joe Bugner. After the fight Bugner ended up with purple welts on his sides from the continued shots.

I will also add in the Carlos Palomino v John Stracey fight. The pain on Stracey's face and body language in the 12th round said it all.

Here are the ones that come to mind:

Cotto vs. Jennings: Overmatched and outgunned Jennings takes a crippling beating to the head and body from a slightly post-prime Cotto. This was awesome to see. Great showcase for the skills of Miguel Cotto. It's awesome to see a demigod in there with a skilled mortal every now and then. Every time Cotto landed to the body, you could see the shift in Jennings' body language. Cotto was the best left hook-er to the liver I've seen during my time watching boxing.

Daud Yordan vs. Celestino Caballero: just a billion rounds of that trademark Bazooka Limon style swinging at an undersized Yordan. A horrible beating to the body, but Yordan just took it. Credit to him. The commentary team was in near tears about the brutality of the shots Yordan was absorbing and Yordan and his corner were absolutely unfazed.

Definitely the left hook Ward hit Gatti and Sanchez with. Wow that was a banger, Ward had the sweetest left hook to the liver. I know it's a retread to mention but on his podcast with Mike Tyson he mentioned that you don't need every piece of the puzzle to make the picture of a good boxer, you just need enough pieces to make a picture that makes sense. His "left hook to the body" puzzle piece was one of the best I've seen.

Definitely RJJ knocking out Virgil Hill WITH A BODY SHOT! That I have not forgot. Then he made a gold album about it.

A few single body shot KO's that I've not seen mentioned yet, that stick out in my memory:

Fitzsimmons vs Corbett (that's memory of retrospectively reading about & watching the footage, no memory of the live fight!)
    GGG vs Macklin
    Hatton vs Castillo
    Lomachenko vs Linares
