Joe Frazier knocking down Ali looks like a scene from a Rocky movie.

So many it's hard to say just "one."
    think about it.
    Louis vs Schmeling #2
    Marciano vs Walcott
    Ali vs Foreman
    Weaver vs Tate
Corralles vs Castillo (Is their a more cinematic
    ending to any fight?)
    Hearns vs Duran and Cuevas
    Benitez vs Hope
Robinson vs Turpin#2 and Lomatta #5
Arguello vs Ganigan , Mancini and Rooney
Duran vs Lampkin and Dejesus #3
    Leonard vs Green and Price.
    Holyfield vs Dokes and Douglas
Some of the more "cinematic" ko's
off the top of my head, there's hundreds
    more.

Any big shocking KO's can be considered cinematic honestly.

JMM KOing Pac in the 4th fight or Foreman KOing Moorer is as cinematic as you can get.

Marvin Johnson’s takedown of Victor Galindez was incredible … knocked him clear across the ring and he nearly did an ass-over-teakettle backwards somersault when he went down.

Lee Roy Murphy vs Chisanda Mutti it's basically the Rocky 2 ending.

Many of the most famous - Frazier-Ali, Marciano-Wlacott, Walcott-Charles - lack the build up to be cinematic in that way. So for me, right off the bat, SRR-Turpin and Rocky-Charles (Ray/Rocky were about to be stopped and had to get an immediate KO), LaMotte-Dauthuille (Jake was hopelessly behind and played possum in order to trick Dauthuille, Louis-Conn fits here also but not quite as dramatic) and Corrales-Castillo (Corrales gets knocked down twice, looks to be finished but buys time by spitting out his mouthpiece and manages to turn the tide).

Marquez-Pac 3 also. When watching it I really believed Marquez was on his way out, in that round or the next, when he landed that punch. Looking at it again, he probably had a better handle on things than I thought but it was very dramatic watching live.

These KO's had really all the drama you want from a movie. I can't come to think of better ones right now at
