Can't think of a bigger overrated fraud then this ginger with fake muscles. Slow. Bad stamina. Low volume. and all while enchanced with mexican beef. ALl boxing fans should be rooting for David Benevidez to end this ginger.
He deserves credit for his close losses to GGG. A fraud wouldn't have been able to do that. A lot of his career is smoke and mirrors, but he has some legitimate good wins. If he had quit against a 20-1 underdog like the other money fighter of this era, then I'd say yes.
Canelo, like Floyd, is just really a manufactured fighter. Both they're records are false. Vegas judges & the State Commission have protected them Legally & at times Illegally.
He is a excellent 4 division champ, he won the vacant WBC 154lbs title over welterweight journeyman mathew Hatton, then he won a controversial decision over WBA champ Austin Trout. After that he won the ring mag and wbc middleweight title from Cotto, he also defeated Jacobs for the Ibf title. He also won a version of the light heavyweight title from Kovalev, then completely unified the Super middleweight title and ring mag title.He lost two competitive decisions to Golovkin, but was spared two losses do to the corruption in boxing, He was able to avenge the losses to Golovkin after Golovkin turned 40 to his credit. That is the only real loss on GGG'S record. He never how ever came close to stopping him or even hurting him in winning a 7-5 and 8-4 on the cards, and 7-5 on my card. Throw in a stoppage of Liam Smith for a 154lbs title and i would say he is quite accomplshed.
