Personal Training Camp

    I usually do about a minute rest in between sets. But this is when I used to split it to just one hour a day. It's definitely going to be tough to stick to it with summer school, social life, and everything, but I figure I could do it for a month. Even if I don't make too much of a physical gain, just the mental gains in terms of discipline would be worth it.

    na i'm walking ...my tubby ass can't run quiet yet...but i started out at 1 mile 3 weeks ago and i'm already up to 2 .. so i'm definitly willing to push myself ..

    For boxing, I'm going to do 5-10 minutes jumprope, 2 rounds shadowboxing, 3 rounds on the speed bag, 3 rounds on the heavy bag, and then some floorwork.

    I haven't come up with a weightlifting plan yet. Do you know any sites that have good ones? I used to go to mensfitness.com a long time ago.

    yeah lol ...it's better then sitting here for an hour and a half eating pizza and snacks lol
