I dont think there is any doubt who the #1 WW is? PW is definately not it. First of all he has to give Quintana a rematch since i believe he caught him cold. Quintana was outboxing him for that first round even. Then PW has to beat another notable WW. And no Mitchell and Pakau did not count.
I have to agree with that. I picked Williams in that fight but I didn't like what I was seeing initially.
Oh hell yea. At what weight though? I think if Santos wants to make money he should come down to 147. But do you think he can make it??
I was thinking of that. ^ With Santos, Clottey, and Williams, it's like people like Ambition Def have been saying all along. Those guys are tough fights. They aren't likely to be the ones who are left standing in the very near future because they're powder puffs. Head case Judah and old man Mosley are a ****ing cakewalk compared to that tour of duty. Margarito's resume and experiences in the ring were vastly underrated.
I agree. Margo would break Judahs will no problem in an easy fight and Mosley would probably stand and trade....not good (for Mosley). Williams, Santos, and Clottey would be great fights for Margo. I also think Berto would be a very good, action-packed fight for him
^ I agree, although I don't think Berto could handle Margarito's pressure and power. People have overstated and understated the fact that Cosme Rivera dropped Berto with one punch. I know the truth is somewhere in the middle, and it's not a good thing for Berto.
I favor Margo cause I think Bertos chin would fail him mid-late rounds, but I still think it would make for a really fun, action-packed fight while it lasted
I'd say let him move up to 154 where he belongs and take on winky. There will be the test to pass. What do you guys say?
Who Williams? ^ Margarito has moved up to 154 before. He's slow as molasses at 147, that's where he belongs.
