Has to be money laundering or something, who books the 02 for this, let alone the PPV price or ticket prices, makes no sense what so ever
No we are deffo not interested in this or indeed Geordie shore where half of them aren’t Geordies anyway …. Bunch of well known documented arse holes booed at on nights out when spotted and the Scurge of every flash car dealers up here as they are virtually all Chucky duffers they can’t even get car finance … some may have nice stuff or cars but they have no legit lines of credit
Ironically Floyd by trying to remain relevant is making himself totally irrelevant to boxing fans today.
Jab walked in. Five minutes later, Aaron walked in. Get your coat, you’re in with f**in me. Yes. This is a farce. I also see it being the straw the broke the camels back when it folds quicker than Amir Khan after a grazing jab
The worst bit with floyd fighting all these "stars" is all the youngers that put eyes on these kind of events will know floyd for nothing else other than these events and this legacy he loves to go on about diminishes into myth the more and more he does these crappy events. The love for money is strong in this one though, nothing comes between money and money!! Lol
Whilst I can understand Mayweather wanting to keep the cash flowing whilst he still has some physically attributes I for one have no interest. I doubt whether I would be bothered to watch it for free on YouTube the next day ? As for paying £32 I would struggle to get at that for Fury v Usyk which is a decent fight.I do get the feeling that UK promoters and broadcasters are feeling out the market to slowly ramp up PPV prices.
I just can’t imagine who will pay for this. I got how the Paul fight generated money, and I get that there are people in Japan and the Middle East prepared to throw money around, but I don’t see where the audience comes from for this. It will surely rely on normal punters rather than rich benefactors.
I posted that comment before looking at the ticket prices, unbelievable. Who in their right mind is going to pay that amount. In Newcastle too, average salary there is two Bob a week down the mines.
