I do agree. I think Plant has the better boxing pedigree.

 

If David can cut the ring and keep him in front, I think he will batter plant . If he can't cut he ring ( yes I know his feet look glued to the canvas ) Plant wins a decision. David will need to steer Plant with stiff jab & activity/pressure full 3 minutes of every round.

 

Does Plant have the stamina? Like the Canelo fight he is going to have to stick and move for 12 rnds. If he can’t and Benavides close the gap it could end up like the Canelo fight.

 

As long as the better man on the night gets the win he deserves I'll be happy. That's the way I see all fights.
Today that's become a rarity rather than the rule

 

Among other problems, Plant can win but will have to have a great game plan & capitalize without making big mistakes in there, the fight is closer in odds compared to how it was a fee years ago that's for sure.
