Was Liam Wilson robbed?

    I stated that above that Corrales spit his mouthpiece out twice even though only 1 point was taken. A point should be deducted every time a fighter intentionally spits out their mouthpiece. It's like an intentional vs unintentional headbutt. Refs always take a point (sometimes two) for an intentional butt.

    If the ref had taken a point it's that much more time for Navarrete to recover. He also didn't take Navarrete to his corner for them to rinse the mouthpiece and put it back in, which is what they almost always do.

    I can't remember the last time I saw a ref pick up a mouthpiece and shove it in a guy's mouth in a championship level fight.

    It seems like Wilson got a pretty good deal from the ref.

    Lol...these threads are pathetic.
    Wilson should have been DQed for blatantly hitting a downed opponent.
    It wasnt accidental as he clearly held down Navarrettes head and swung for the fences.
    100% intentional foul!
