I bet Canelo is dribbling at the mouth at the prospect of a RJJ showdown

I thought Tyson did not press him fully & could have finished him off.
    Good exhibition though.
Too dangerous for RJJ to be fighting serious threats.

Roy Jones Jr. still feels that he has some fight left in him.

The 54-year-old will meet former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis in an eight-round professional boxing match on April 1 at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

This is a fight that Roy can easily win by ko if he wants to. Does it really matter if he has a pro fight with this guy or if he spars some guy in his garage? Isn't this just some private matter of his? Why is the need for all the outrage?

This fight doesn't even make sense.

Pettis weighed 155 lbs for most of his career and Jones is around 200 these days.

Maybe that's why he took the fight. Very low chance of Pettis knocking him out.

I'm surprised him n Anderson Silva haven't fought yet. I'd rather see two faded fighters fight each other anyways than him lose to another much younger fighter who wasn't fit to clean 93-02 Roys boots. Gimmie another exhibition w him facing another familiar face of the past but not as risky as Tyson.

I figured he'd still be living high off all those royalties from "Y'all Must've Forgot"

It is sad to see this P4P machine getting to where he is now. I think he should have focused on the commentator job because he was doing great with amazing accurate predictions. He belongs to the ring side. Also I don't like to see him fight at any other size bigger than 175. He just looks way too big and unpleasing to watch past this weight.
