If you could delete a fight from a favorite boxers legacy, which fight would it be?

I’d be deleting Lennox Lewis from Razor Ruddock’s legacy. I’ve always wondered what direction Razor’s career may have gone in had that fight not happened.

Would delete Gomez's fight with shooting up heroin.

Trinidad vs Winky Wright, honestly don't even know why he took this fight in the first place, he was a part time boxer at that point, had only 2 fights in 4 years while Winky was on top of his game and top 3 p4p boxer in the planet. Was a horrible fight and embarrassing loss for Trinidad where he did absolutely nothing and lost every second of every round.

Joe Louis's loss vs Rocky Marciano. Losing by a lopsided UD to Ezzard Charles is one thing, but to get knocked out like that by Marciano was hard to watch.

Nonito Donaire's 2nd loss to Inoue. He could of retired after winning the WBC belt and go out in the sunset like Carbajal, Hasegawa and Monzon. Instead he suffered the most brutal knockout of his career, almost erases the effort he put in the 1st fight.

I would erase Cus Damato's death and that would change boxing history forever.

I don't think there's any doubt that the best of that era was Lewis regardless. He claimed on many occasions that that loss made him a better fighter and I fully agree. That loss prompted him to hire Manny Steward who made him the that beast who racked up an ATG legacy with full of legendary performances.

As for answering the topic: I think it's the first Frazier-Foreman fight for me. At least Joe made their second bout somewhat competitive, even though he was way past his sell-by-date then. But the first one was just hard to watch with Joe literally being punched into the air by Big George.

I temporarily forgot about Trinidad vs Winky. Very disappointing.

Foreman losing to Ali, if Foreman ran through Ali he would most likely not have been stopped and retired undefeated.

This is a good call, but was the fight where they got property paid.

I would delete the incorrect results of GGG vs Canelo 1&2 and enter the correct results, two wins for GGG!

Yeah, but Hatton was coming back from the dead so to speak, coming back after rehab and mental problems. We have to take that one in context. I was hoping Ricky would win that one then defeat Paulie again for another 147lbs title. Paulie was going to defend against Hatton next. If Hatton somehow lost to Paulie on tbe other hand, that would be totally unacceptable. Paulie would never shut up about it.
