his stock plummeted when the whole world saw that leaked video of him where he was seen bullying little kids and threatening to break their jaws

Joshua's post fight clown show after being beaten again by Usyk probably did as much damage to his rep as the fight itself but more than that Franklin is not a good opponent and Hearn is deluded if he thinks he can fool the punters otherwise.

    Tyson Fury stole his fans

No one in the UK has any interest in seeing Joshua fight anyone whose name isn’t Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder

I'm excited for this fight and I think Franklin is a decent opponent for AJ's rebuild

Problem is Hearn is still living in 2019 and thinks AJ is still a superstar

The minute Fury put on a classic against Wilder in 2018, this was always going to happen. I think AJ has begun to understand his place in the boxing world, but his master hasn't. AJ blew up too big; too fast

It's partly because his star has fallen, and partly because the opponent isn't a bona fide contender.

If he was fighting Wilder, tickets would sell very quickly.

Even despite there losses Wilder v Joshua is still the biggest Heavyweight fight outside of the undisputed fight !

Lost a lot of his fanbase due to his Anti-White racism I think.

Bullying 16 year old Flyweights. His ultimate humiliation.

Although mentally he seemed to be in a very dark place.

He carried on like a ****ing twat after the last Usky fight.

He's a fake/arrogant wank walking around with his chest out like an emperor, and always has headphones on or one headphone in one ear like he's above everything.

The common man, the ticket buyer, working class guy...they hate that ****. He would have lost a lot of supporters.

I am not an AJ apologist or fan for that matter but that last line the common man is the sole reason AJ rose to prominence in the first place.

I think with the quitting, the racism, the rant and even now the talk of being in the sport only for "the money", the mask which Eddie wanted AJ to hide behind has slipped, and what lay beneath is obviously not as marketable.

AJ vs Wilder/Fury/Usyk still sells out Wembley, just not sure Josh can do it on his own again at this point. Would AJ vs Whyte 2 even sell out Wembley anymore?
