yeah but those blokes you know would be schooled by dudes like Dave Allen lol He isn't that fat but is a bit soft right enough but looks lik he can punch, dont know if he can take a punch yet I thought it was a bit weird how he was crying in the ring after his win because his brother lost, imagine sending men like that out to war lol such softies these days
how long until Itauma’s in a bout worth watching? 2027? that’s if he doesn’t first get flattened by a journeyman like his brother
Frank Warren and Dev Sahni said they want to move him quickly and try to break Mike Tyson's record of becoming the youngest Heavyweight World Champion. Let's see if they stick to their word. To be fair though he is only very young especially for a heavyweight so they don't need to rush him too much, but if he is high up on cards like chief support to Beterbiev Yarde, we really don't want to see him against cans.
Fair play Mosses Itauma looks like a hot prospect and agree he has a part to play filling out the upper end of main cards. Unless they do a Conor Benn/Adam Azim and have him headlining very early in his career Frank still has a problem with main events I feel. I’m not sure how many shows he is supposed to do for BT per year but usually around a dozen, including a handful of small shows eg York Hall. Yarde rarely competes (wish he would more), Joyce will be on PPV if in anything meaningful now and even Zach Parker is injured. Good start to the year with Yarde-Berbitiev and Joyce-Zhang for no additional cost but I just wonder what he can pull out to headline arena shows after that.
Denzel Bentley, Hamza Sheeraz, Liam Davies, Zack Parker, Nick Ball are all capable/ have headlined shows for Warren. If they keep on winning/get matched with the right opponents then Dennis McCann, Sam Noakes and Adeleye can all do the same towards the end of the year. Obviously Frank has his top tier fighters in Fury/Joyce/Dubois/Yarde in their headline positions/PPV
Anyone watching the BT card today ? Seen no mention of it on here. Adeleye's opponent has a good record. Mark Chamberlain also on the undercard.
Nothing like a York Hall card on a Friday to get the juices flowing. The type of cards where one unexpectedly views a couple of cracking fights.
