I don’t see why there would need to be a fourth fight between Fury and Wilder. I think this is just to put pressure on Usyk’s camp to accept their current offer.

There is a financial incentive. It's still a fight that would sell very well, Fury's also in a position now where he could absolutely crush Wilder in negotiations.

Ezzard Charles vs Jersey Joe Walcott had 4 fights. There were no 5 fights.

I find this hard to believe.
Fury tried to get out of the third fight with Wilder, knowing how dangerous he was and feeling he'd already won twice and proven he was better. Didn't need to risk it all again. Why do now after winning three times?
Wilder is more dangerous than Usyk and almost KO'd Fury twice. Usyk could win but likely on points if that happened. Fury knows Wilder could KO him in Wembley and shatter his whole legacy.
Fury knows he would be accused of ducking Usyk if he did this and his reputation would be ruined.
If Fury and handlers did do this it would be unbelievable stupidity.
I'll believe it when I see it.

I would still watch this and enjoy it. I mean why not? It's not about "unfinished business", cause there's none. Fury >>>> Wilder. But the fights are entertaining.

Belly has never wanted this fight. Aside from the fact he openly admitted it himself ages ago, has been strangely dismissive of the prospect of ever fighting Usyk for a few years now, his tone and body language when discussing a potential fight with him betrays him even when he claims he wants to face him. Even his most devoted fanboys know this but they won't admit it no matter how stupid he makes them look. How? Because it couldn't be more obvious.

As I've been saying, he'd much rather fight an MMA fighter with zero boxing experience and a bum knee or a fourth fight against a can crushing hype job Dosser he's already beaten the living crap out of twice, should be 3-0 against in their backyard, and who is 1-2 in his previous 3 fights, doesn't deserve ****, and didn't deserve a third fight against him let alone a fourth, instead of fighting the P4P#1, the three-belt unified HW King for all the marbles. If this fight doesn't get made it's all 1000% on him and I will never forgive him for it.

That may be counterproductive. If Usyk is looking at alternatives to Fury then Wilder might be on the list. It's already been rumored that Usyk was in talk with Wilder if Fury fell through. Fury could be tempting Wilder with a more lucrative offer to shut down those talks. If Wilder isn't communicating with Usyk because Fury has a better deal on the table then Usyk can't use the Wilder bout as leverage in the Fury/Usyk negotiations.

“Boxing is back” because of the possibility of this STUPID fight happening instead of an undisputed HW title fight??

Can that turd be any more obvious?:lol:

Usyk wants 50% according to his manager. If this is Wembley, then I can't see why Usyk would ask for that amount unless he's not keen on the fight.
He had to beat AJ to get 50% against him in the rematch.
Pac never got 50 v Floyd.

Unfortunately for Usyk, splits aren't about skill.

In the old days it seems to have happened a lot, they had to fill out those 200 fight records somehow.

Yeah it makes zero sense from a legacy perspective, and even less from a business perspective. Fury can get far easier paydays than a guy who has already knocked him down 4 times in 3 fights.

He said taking so much punishment after Wilder 3 had him considering retirement, it’s hard to believe he’s voluntarily sign up to fight Wilder again when he could get paid even more by the Saudis to fight a relatively much lighter puncher.
