Hopefully he has been humbled enough to realises that he himself is the actual problem and does not blame RJJ or anyone else.

What if CEJ wins the rematch knocking Smith out like Lennox did Hashim Rahman in their rematch? What would your take be?

Eubank was due to be stopped.
Korobov would have got there first if the fight hadn't been curtailed due to injury.

There's just something about these '''''domestic dust-ups''''' that turns me off, and I'm a Brit. Same for Haye-Bellew. Just didn't give three-quarters of a fook about that. Didn't mind Khan-Brook as that had been brewing for years and was curious to see who got chinned first. REMATCH CLAUSE!!!11 WOAH!!1!1 Yoobz is the biggest bum in boxing right now. Made his living scamming bored EPL fans who've ran out of things to watch once Match of the Day ends on a Saturday night. To put it into perspective I booked a weekend off work to watch Beterbiev-Yarde. A lorry driver I know booked a weekend off work to watch Eubank-Benn. There's boxing fans and then there's boxing fans. I'd rather watch Streetbeefs than this Ben Shalom shite

Give me the days of Frochy taking on real competition when everyone got together

I underestimated him, and credit to Jr. for overcoming adversity.
    Simple.

Let is not forget that Beefy Smith stood right in front of Clenelo and traded bombs with him and actually gave him one of his tougher fights. And people do forget Smith's very creditable and courageous performance in that fight.

That Simon Jordan sounds like a right glorified casual there chatting about boxing to Danny Murphy of all people.

Eubank won and defended the British title, as well as the albeit not so coveted IBO title. So he has achieved more at boxing than the vast majority of pro boxers do in their careers, and those titles suggest that he’s above European level but has simply fallen short at the top end of World level.

He’s pedalling the narrative that the rematch clause should only be there in case it’s a close fight that goes the distance or a controversial decision. Is he that dense to not understand that one punch can change a fight and knock an opponent out, and that’s part of the reason why the clauses are inserted (in Eubanks case by his promoter), so as to protect the investment as the A side fighter in an unlikely event. By his argument Lennox Lewis would have never avenged his losses and Andy Ruiz would still be HW Champ.

Eubank gets a lot of criticism because he’s played up the villain role and learned that’s how to build his profile and maximise his earnings in the sport.

It was always going to be a tall order trying to fill the shoes of his old man, and people seem to hold him to that standard.

People he was world class but got beat by BJS and completely out-classed by Groves, he`s nowhere near as good as fans think he is.

So does this mean that Eubank will pass up on the WBO mandatory shot.. If so it will be alarming the amount of guys passing up on guaranteed shots for a world title..

Yeah but say for instance he loses this time. He gains nothing vs even if he loses to Janibek he’d still have the Eubank fight available for the money.. And if he was to win and become champion the rematch now becomes bigger and he can demand more money.. If I’m his handlers I’m taking that title shot especially considering Janibek has obvious flaws..

Boy thanks for posting this reminder. Canelo beat Beefy with surgical precision but Beefy put up a better fighter than his brother “Mundo” Callum.
