    Makabu just hasn't put Jack under his control with his punches. That's the bottom line. He's forcing Jack to work though and I thought just about edged the eighth so it is close again. More right hands to the body are required for the strapholder.

Makabu's one twos are getting sharper. Makabu uppercuts to the body. A few nasty right hooks from Makabu, Makabu lands a few heavy lefts. A series of one twos to the head, low blows from Jack. Jack lands a few rights. Jack rocked at the bell.
