I really think this is the fight made. who wins it. I don't wanna make a poll just hear your opinions.

Edit (ugh can someone move this to the boxing section)

I was thinking about this fight after Jack won.

I think it'd be a good fight. If Kovalev trains properly, I think he'd win. Jack does look a bit fresher between the two.

    To me, it's 50/50.

Badou would break him down and stop him

I can see this fight happening. I'm sure I recall Jack mentioning it before and Kovalev was ranked at #4 by the WBC with Gevor, Mchunu, and Jack above him

Makabu is a small CW. Hence why Clenelo wanted that fight. Jack is an inch taller than Makabu and he only has a 1'' shorter reach than him too, whereas, conversely, most of the other top CWs range from big to gigantic and are just too big for Jack

Kovalev is way past prime mentally and physically, but in their primes at 175lbs, Kovalev knocks out Jack in 5 rounds. I mean even now i can see Kovalev jabbing Jacks head off but gassing out.

Kovalev would've beaten Jack in his LHW prime for sure, although I'm not sure about the early KO.... Jack is pretty tough. But it's 50-50 now. Both are well past it, but Kovalev has fallen off (much) further.

Kovalev is pretty much shot. He never took care of his body and never trained properly in his later years. Right now I would favor Jack but Kov still has that equalizing power that could change the tide.

I'd actually favour Kovalev if he gets some discipline & fire back.. superior fighter ageing or not

I'd favour Jack but then again the fight more than likely ends up a draw.

    Kovalev is shot to pieces.

Prime Kovalev would brutally stop Badou within 4.

I always thought Jack looked massive. He towered over Mike Tyson and has a huge head and hands. I think he is "just right" now as a CW; neither too big or too small.

He's always been a big guy and he's a solid 200lbs with slight love handles. But these big/giant CWs like Okolie and Riakporhe are SHW sized HWs campaigning at CW. They have a lot of height, reach, weight and power on him. In terms of height and reach Goulamirian is about the same as Jack but he's much naturally stronger and bigger and he'd walk right through him.

Even now, Kovalev should be able to beat Jack.

I think kovalev body is weared down ,he dont has what it takes to compete against badou..especially in the physical part. badou is stronger and fights smarter.he is more compossed also.
