I know Joe Frazier and Jack Dempsey both known for their left hooks were right handed, what are some more examples?

Arguably Mike Tyson? There are claims that he's left-handed, but there are also people reporting seeing him sign autographs with his right hand.

Floyd Patterson, no? Right handed, threw those leaping left hooks that he scored some KOs with.

    Most.
Let me run this by you...in 50 years in boxing gyms I have learned this: It is easier for a right hand dominant person to learn to jab, hook, etc..with his left hand than it would be for him to use his left hand fighting out of a southpaw stance.
I have never seen it work any other way.

Was going to say I think, i really cant recall precisely, that Tyson says he always thought his right hand was better than his left hook but that most everyone thought otherwise

Certainly true for me. After years of repetition from the orthodox stance, my left jab is better than my right, yet my left cross from a southpaw stance is sufficiently weak it couldnt kill a fly and sufficiently slow that a tortoise could slip it.

Aren’t most boxers with great left hooks, right handed?

Evander Holyfield was right handed and he had a nice left hook. Most people who learn to throw the left hook with a good weight transfer can get good power behind it.

I also have never seen a right handed fighter who turned southpaw and had a good left hand. It seems that the left is usually thrown wide and most don't use it much. Angelo Dundee said that he noticed that Hagler was right handed while studying video. He also noticed that Hagler's left hand was much weaker than his right and because of that he told SRL to move to Hagler's left regardless of the stance Hagler was in.

A couple months back I was watching a lot of Marvin Hagler. I had never noticed before how dependent he was on his right hand.

Gerry Cooney was the opposite a lefty who was trained to fight right handed but his big punch was the left hook.

Many old time trainers, if they got a lefty would train them to fight right handed.

Honestly I would say alot of boxers are too many to mention, I'm no boxer but when I did do some training as a kid, I found my left hook was my best weapon also and I'm orthodox.
