Also my thoughts. Mayweather,as good as he was,is way out of his depth here. Ray too good and too big.

So Floyd would be giving up 3 inches in height and half inch in reach to the best welter weight of all time. Ray’s dimensions are almost identical to De La Hoya. A past prime Oscar gave Mayweather a good fight. I’m not sure Floyd beats 2000 Oscar at that weight. I think Floyd’s defensive prowess enables him to survive but he gets lumped up pretty good by Ray who was a monster puncher at that weight and could fight at range.

 

Floyd entered the ring at about 150 for Oscar and Oscar was probably mid 160s. I don't think that works as a comparison to Robinson.

He claims that Mayweather would get Robinson's respect with his power and then pot shot his way to victory with ease. Apparently only Wilder and Tarver have any chance against Prime Mayweather.

 

Robinson was able to go to middleweight at 160. I know the rules changed on weigh ins - but Robinson’s frame looks easy to carry more weight if need be. He is clearly the bigger man and bigger puncher to Floyd.

 

He wasn’t at his best at 160. These two are pretty similar in ideal weight.

 

Robinson has a clear edge in domestic abuse.
