    Remember when Jake Wood (Max Branning) mentioned Ritson in a discussion with Spencer Oliver on his “boxing” podcast about the best fighters never to win a world title.

    Just seen the ending. The police should be investigating how these events make any money to pay fighters. Disgusting.

    Early on Ritson looked like he could be anything. Who knew he couldn't take it to the body. Patera was the first guy to land a decent body shot on Ritson and he's been rat **** ever since.

    Anybody else thinking at some point down the line.. a fight between Lara Vs Kholmatov screams UNADULTERATED VIOLENCE.

    Gutted for Ritson because I did enjoy that spell he had a lightweight where he was just steamrolling the domestic scene.

    Unfortunately following the Patera set back and the step up to Light Welter he's just never regained anything like that run of form.

    When the fight with OD got announced I couldn't see anything other than an OD win.

    He's still only 29 and he can still be involved in some good fights (I'd be all for the Robbie Davies rematch) but if he is going to carry on then for me I think he perhaps has to look at switching his camp up. Easier said than done when you have a young family though so it is a real cross roads point for him now.

    jake wood does love boxing lol he's done far more in boxing than you he trains in a boxing gym and has had fights lol
