It's crazy that he doesn't look too bad, though. Could be firmer, but we've seen fatter heavies.

He looks not that bad. No six pack, but pretty lean. How the hell could He make 200?

Specifically for this one, no clue. But in general, it’s because the promoters request for it to be hidden.

Mf didn't even dehydrate himself to make 200. Just made it like it was a same day weigh in

Anyone saw the KO? Looks dodgy as hell. Gassiev gives the signal to Balogun to move to his right hand, knocks him out with a right hand, Balogun can't beat the count but looks perfectly fine after referee waves it off. Was this fight rigged?

I wouldn't necessarily say rigged as in a prearranged result. More likely (at least to me) is that Balogun chose to lie down and threw the fight. Decent shot but seemed to land on the chest more than anything and not the kind of shot you'd expect to end a fight.

Then again, those involved with this fight did seem to be making something of a conscious effort to make sure as few people as possible knew about it or watched it, so who knows?

No. He threw his arm out like that at least one other time that I caught. His arm was hurting him, I think. He broke it while training for Teper. Maybe the old injury.

Both men had the flu and the fight was almost cancelled. I think they probably went in with the idea that neither intended to make a dog fight out of it if things went against them.

It looked suspect as in Balogun not being able to beat the count but I noticed Gassiev doing that with his arm earlier in the round at the time and the punch looked like it arced round Balogon's guard and caught him right on the tip of the chin and we know Gassiev's power is absolutely monsterous.

Also the way he went down didn't look fake to me and he looked really up for the fight going in, was signed to Dibella who had been singing his praises, had transitioned from NFL and he seemed very serious about his career. This was the big big break he'd been waiting for after complaining about not being able to get one for a long time previously. You can't afford setbacks like that at 39 y/o so even though it looked a bit dodgy it just doesn't seem plausible to me.

Gassiev needs to start stepping up the level of opposition rapidly.

Since he fought Usyk it's all been rather poor, I know he's 29 which isn't exactly old for a heavyweight and maybe the situation with Russia isn't helping but this is getting to the point where it's embarrassing.
