Which heavyweights are you convinced are lying about their height?

I just assume that all of them inflate their height by an inch, give or take, and don't look too closely into it....But I have to say that Whyte's claim of 6'4 stands out as being particularly fanciful.

It's even worse for actors. Many of them are a lot shorter than advertised.

Most are inflating but some are worse than others.

Wlad definitely lied to an absurd degree, even wearing those shoes with lifts during the Fury build up. Hughie confirmed that he was about the height of Wlad when Wlad wasn't wearing his special shoes and obviously during the fight you could see Fury was at least an inch or so taller.

They are all lying, as are football (American) and basketball. I am 5' 9" and stood next to Joe Frazier (reported 6 ft) in Atlantic City in 1986 and he didn't seem to be any taller than me.

    I doubt that:

    Dillian Whyte is 6ft 4ins
    David Haye 6ft 3ins
    Andy Ruiz 6ft 2ins

All at least an inch shorter, Ruiz at least 2 inches shorter.

I worked next door to delboys mums house and he walked in, 6'1 max, very broad obviously. Haye was about 0.5cm taller than him so im guessing Haye is 6'1, max 6'2.

You can pretty safely take an inch of nearly every heavyweight. And a couple inches of a bunch of them.

For example and I feel like I'm being gaslighted here, but I'm sure Moses Itauma used to be listed as 6'6 everywhere, but now he is listed as 6'2, which looks a lot more accurate.

AJ seems to be pretty close his billed height at 6'6. One of the few.

Most of 'em probably shade it up a bit, but who cares? I'm more interested in whether they can fight!!

I don't get it, what's the benefit of lying about your height as a boxer?
