Gary Lockett rightfully throws the towel in and Pattison claims a well-deserved victory. I reckon Jenkins could be on his way out after a fantastic career. Pattison has a lot of improvements to make if he wants to win a British title but it was an impressive performance for only his 6th fight. Fair play to both fighters putting everything on the line.

 

Gutted, I thought he had a bit more in the tank. I think that's Jenkins retiring now, four defeats in his last five and three of them stoppages.

 

That was an very unexpected but nice surprise

Reason enough to show why you shouldn't sleep on these lesser name shows

 

What a brilliant, brilliant fight, both of those guys deserve massive respect, they gave it everything. Gutted for Jenkins as I've really enjoyed his career, seems like a good lad but it looks like he's on the slide and I'd prefer him to retire healthy.

 

The BCB show yesterday for the British and Commonwealth Super Flyweight Titles was a cracking matchup yesterday too. Both much better than the two cards which will take place next week probably that have received more attention.

The domestic fights very rarely don’t deliver.

 

Lockett has made a career from throwing Towels.

McCormack must go home and watch the fight and learn from his mistakes. He gets hit far too much and I fear it won't be a long career.

Mccormack only got hit a few times and looked class. Best prospect in the UK imo.
