Those were Vitali's biased hometown scorecards, in reality he was only ahead 5-4, 4-3-2 or 6-3 if you give Vitali every close round.
No, in "reality," the scores were what I said they were. The official scores had him up 7 points on one card and 5 points on the other two with three rounds to go. They weren't going to read out fan scorecards at the end of the fight. I'm not defending Vitali for quitting. He shouldn't have. But the "truth" is Byrd would've had to make up six points in the last three rounds to beat him on the cards. Meaning he'd have to do something like score at least one knockdown in each of the last three rounds ... and even had he done that Byrd still wouldn't have won on one of the 'official' cards.
I could envision prime Bowe beating Wlad At 6'5 he's not at a tremendous height disadvantage. His jab was very good and quicker than that of Wlad. He has a very powerful right hand to follow the jab. If he get's inside he can do damage. He has a far better chin than Wlad Prime for prime Lewis v. Bowe is also a competitive matchup The Bowe who fought Golota was simply weight drained and used up
You are deflecting. Go back and read your post again where you defended the Timmo Hoffman fight What TF does Foreman vs Young have to do with Vitali choosing Hoffman over Byrd? Young beat Foreman and everybody accepts that loss for Foreman including Foreman. The Vitali stan constantly derides Lewis for not rematch Vitali yet there are fine with Vitali not rematch Byrd. You seem to be trying to tell me you're fine with Vitali ducking Byrd because Foreman lost to Young, or something? Just stick to the topic The avoiding of Byrd offers a glimpse into the psyche of Vitali. If Vitali felt it was a fuke loss he would be desperate to run it back, like Loma was against Fimo. . No real ATG makes no attempt to avenge a loss like that. Rematches are an evaluation of greatness. When Ward got a controversial decision over Kovalev , he knew he had to run it back and he did. You're plucking fights out of thin air that have zero relevance to the discussion. Im here trying to meet you in fair debate and you're being very weaselly with your responses.
I had you on ignore and I saw your post before logging in so I decided to try to talk to you, and now I remember why i have you on ignore. I don't deride Lewis for not fighting Vitali again. Lewis is one of my favorite fighters. I've defended him repeatedly on that very topic. I'm not defending Vitali for quitting against Byrd, I said repeatedly he shouldn't have. I don't know why you're so pissed off at me, when basically all I said to you is use the same criteria to judge everyone. Rant and name-call with someone else. I'm done.
Yes, I trounced you many times in the past and you know I will trounce you in debate again. When you take savages losses, like the many you took from me, you never forget. That's why you refused to allow me to give you another debate pasting
Even an old Bruno still had a good high guard, good jab, fundamentals, etc. He looked good in his last fight. Bruno might actually survive the whole gauntlet he wasn't an alcoholic or drug addict and was always shredded and focused for the most part. He also gets like 4 years off.
He might take more punishment vs Vitali's opponents than he did but that doesn't mean he wouldn't beat them.
