    Benavidez jabbing in the eighth, good...Plant throws a lovely short right hand in close then two jabs, then goes to the body, this is great, Plant gets his hands up and moves away as Benavidez hooks, right hand jab from Benavidez and Plant is holding on, not hurt but disturbed, Benavidez in control bigtime. Plant moving off - he should surrender this round, they wrestle, Plant's legs look sad! Plant struggles for an out, Benavidez is running ****, the doctor called to the ringside, Plant looks right to me, nosnense. Benavidez rough inside, Plant bleeding badly from a cut, disaster unfolding! Plant on the run. Ragged, disorganised, needs the bell, it's going to be 4-4 after 8 but Plant strategically bereft and hurt.
