    Benavidez is a lot smarter than he gets credit for. He played Caleb Plant and everyone who picked against him. From the press conferences to interviews, he set the trap. Had a lot of people thinking he was Teofimo. Had everyone thinking he had no defense, no ring iq, no ability to adapt. Even started the fight playing mind games, starting slow knowing Plant would fade.

    Plant defo has brain damage here, his actions in rd 10 and 11 confirm it, he was just walking forward, not throwing anything and letting Benavidez tee off

    Was expecting this to be somewhat of a poor man's Margarito cotto... but still, almost feel like they should have stopped it, but glad Plant got to last the distance I guess.

    Hope that didn't ruin Plant.

    Very slow start by Videz but he showed his potential there towards the end.

    Plant showed tremendous heart and despite DB being too much for him he didn't fold under the physicality like I thought he would.

    I think if this doesn't ruin him, this could potentially make him a better fighter.

    My hats off to both warriors.
