4 HOF fighters from Latin America known for their pure boxing ability and sublime defense. Who would you say was the most elusive and difficult fighter to hit clean?

Canto the best all round fighter p4p, imo, but purely on elusiveness/most difficult to hit clean, I'd go with Locche.

Benitez for me, Cervantes, Palomino, Hearns Leonard, Duran and underrated
Hope. At times he made most of those offensive powerhouses look foolish
    against him.

Loche was overall the hardest to hit clean. I definitely put Duran in this category as well.

The thing is about defense is that there are many categories.

Some good at dodging, some blocking/parrying and some footwork.

I feel like in terms of just pure head movement, it's easily gonna be Locche. He doesn't possess an athletic or agile body nor does he possess high mobile footwork. He can literally sit right in front of his opponents and avoid everything they offered. Even Antonio Cervantes claimed that Locche is the best defensive fighter he's ever fought even tho having faced Benitez.

While Benitez is just the better overall defensive fighter with better footwork, counterpunching, parrying and boxing skills.
