    He doesn't have a mandatory, and it seems WBC is happy to keep him as their champion. They will allow him to fight low risk opponents until Usyk loses to someone, like Wilder, Sanchez etc. Then they will let Fury to fight the low risk IBF/WBA/WBO unified champion for the undisputed championship.
