    You talk as if joyce's eye being closed was because of bad luck or some kind of misfortune and not because zhang closed it left hand after left hand.

    It was not a magician who closed joyce's eye in the middle of the fight.

    Yes, of course, hadnt zhang connected all those left hands joyce would have won... but I don't know.... it's weird.

    Joyce always does poorly in the opening rounds. He should have taken that into account and stayed away with a plan to turn up the ante in the late rounds. Bad strategy. It was probably a bad strategy to drop the weight too. He had nothing on his punches.

    Rematch clause and Eddie talking about getting it on in China. Don't put Joyce back in the ring with Zhang. Just don't.

    I also had Joyce ahead three round to two after five. I had his activity level and landed punches giving him the edge over Zhang's occasionally landed power punches in each of the final three rounds.

    It's clear you're coping and seething here dude. You hyped the hell out of Joyce and he just lost a fight he was a heavy favorite to win in a pretty lopsided manner. Face it.... Joyce very likely blew his chance tonight, and at nearly 38 years old it's unlikely to come again for him.

    You have to admire and respect Joyce after that.
    He stepped up in the hope of better things to come if he won, unlike the so called elites in the division who avoid having an actual fight.
