That's your delusion. Joyce will never be the same fighter again. He got his first knock out loss and his confidence is broken. He is 38. I don't think he'll ever be a champion.

Perhaps, but I think Joyce's plan was to wait until Zhang tired out and fight from the outside the 1st half of the fight, then go for the KO in the 2nd half, but as you know, Zhang dished out too much damage on Joyce's face. In your opinion, if Joyce had come in heavy and fought coming forward, you think he would have won?

He wasn't knocked out, he also seemed to take the loss in his stride and didn't have a melt down like Joshua or come up with conspiracy theories like Wilder, so I think Joyce will be fine and we'll see much more of the Juggernaut.

Also thinking back the terminator intro for Joyce was kind of prophetic, with the eye injury. Just a shame Joyce couldn't just cut away the damaged tissue like Arnie in the terminator, lol.

The ref saved him from a highlight reel stoppage. I've never understood the hype around Joyce, his best win is against parker who most on here don't rate at all. People call parker paint dry, Joyce is far more boring then parker. And tonight he got battered

How is Joyce boring, takes a punch to land a punch, throws a ton, doesn't clinch every 30 seconds or at all, willing to take dangerous fights against dangerous opponents and doesn't just sit on his mandatory position waiting for the title shot. If more fighters were like him boxing would be far more exciting.

So intelligent. Fury knows he would lose, so he is just not going to fight. He may have thought of a strategy that no one has ever thought of in 156 years of Queensbury rules boxing!

And how about the subtle psychology of blaming it on Usyk? Pretty impressive, eh?

I like Joyce a lot, but all this talk of AJ, Usyk, whoever couldn't take those punches. Fine, but they wouldn't take them in the first place, they'd actually move their heads. Well, at least Usyk would. Joyce looked slower than come back Foreman in there tonight.

Give Hrgovic more credit. He was better than Joyce for sure against Zhang

From this bout we understood Joyce has a granite chin but not granite eyes. I hope in the rematch he manages to handle much better a powerful southpaw like Zhang.

Usyk will face Dubois at 80%. Then Hrgovic and in the end Zhang or Joyce, besides there might be some rematch like with Joshua. This is his path imo. He will make it within maximum 2 years. Then he will be free to decide to face Wilder or Ruiz. Fury & Joshua ARE OFF.

Well that definitely bumps Zhang & Hrgovic up the rankings.. interesting division this .. Joyce is a good lad but let's be honest he's very slow and predictable and can't adjust.. he was a schooling waiting to happen, a solid heavyweight who's managed to forge himself a decent career on limited Talent.. I'd like Fury v Zhang even tho it wont happen
.. Zhang reminds me of Tony Thompson but a little more skilled

Compared to other heavyweights, he has fought really good competition for such a short career.

Dubois or Parker. Doesn't sound impressive first, but for a 5 year long career it's very good.
