Given that there are ongoing talks with UKAD and Benn has submitted his 270 page document to them, is he trying (hoping) to get around the BBofBC and get a more favourable ruling with UKAD as he's burnt every bridge available with the board? Strategically, seems like a last roll of the dice, can't see UKAD going against anything the board would recommend.
No he always needed to submit to UKAD. What's happened is they've realised how hard the board have rightly made it for him to fight abroad. So they've been forced into doing the right thing

I posted the relevant clause from ukads rules way back in this thread, don't recall the number here but the essence is that they consider all tests conducted by sporting bodies, not just the ones they oversee. Bbboc follow UKAD in this. The Benn team are aware, they just pretend otherwise as it's inconvenient to their case. Just as Bellew pretends that he doesn't know why a male boxer would be taking a drug designed for female infertility. It's a calculated ploy that relies on the man in the street not being aware of the rules, as patronising as it is despicable. As for the footyasylum question, it's down to them who they let in their shop. Plenty of towns in the UK operate a 'pubwatch' scheme where anyone banned from one boozer is banned from every one. They likely do that for similar reasons to UKAD taking into account all doping tests not just the ones they administer.

Given matchroom were trying make fights with Eubank and Brook. Both fighters would have had to have been told if they wanted to go forward by the board the consequences of taking the fight with a UKAD banned fighter. So the leak will be from a potential oppenent. Which is MR fault for trying to make fights with a PED user
